Manu Tukutuku has a range of rooms that can be hired for a variety of events. Whether you are planning a wedding or a conference, or you need a local meeting space, we can help.
WEDDINGS
Our Tui rooms are perfect for weddings and can comfortably seat 100 people or more. The three interconnecting rooms are able to be utilised as one large space and offer a neutral, modern backdrop to suit the style and decoration of almost any wedding theme.
CORPORATE EVENTS
We have a variety of spaces that are ideal for corporate events. Whether you require a smaller room for a meeting or a larger space for up to 100 people, we have the perfect option for you. Our full kitchen facilities and entrance area are perfect for breaks in events or meetings and offer a relaxing area to debrief.
BIRTHDAYS & CELEBRATIONS
From epic first birthday celebrations to a centenary, Manu Tukutuku has a variety of options available for special occasions. Providing the perfect blank canvas, our facility is a great place to celebrate with family and friends. Children are welcome. Alcohol is not.
SPORT & RECREATION
Our sports grounds and facilities are great for a multitude of sports teams. If you have a local team that needs a place to practice or play, contact us to find out more about our fields, courts and skate park. Outdoor sports spaces are free of charge.
GET-TOGETHERS
We also have a wonderful cafe space at Manu Tukutuku that is able to be booked separately or as part of another room hire. The Totara Cafe Space is central and is a public space but is ideal for small gatherings or get-togethers or meetings.

This is the perfect room for meetings, presentations, and workshops.

The Pukeko Room is great for smaller meetings, groups, or get-togethers.

The room hire rates are as follows:
Small Rooms - Kereru, Pukeko, Kiwi, Tui 1, 2 or 3
From $5 per hour
Large Room - Tui Room 1, 2 and 3 inclusive
From $35 per hour
Weekend Hire for Tui 1, 2 and 3 inclusive and Kiwi
The Tui room is very popular for celebrations such as birthday parties and weddings on weekends. The whole Tui room including 1, 2 and 3 can be booked in three time slots on Saturday and Sunday:

The room hire fee must be paid prior to the event occurring.
In some instances, a $150.00 bond may be required, especially when bookings fall outside of business hours.
Please clean and tidy the venue thoroughly at the end of your room hire. Should the venue require cleaning after an event, the minimum cleaning charge from our contract cleaner is $150, which wil be deducted from the bond payment if necessary.
